First Stage Results for 2009 Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, FL
We’re five weeks in to our winter season here at the Winter Equestrian Festival, and we already have some great ribbons to announce! Everyone is off to a great start and we’re excited to see what the rest of the season will bring. Check back to see how everyone’s doing!
Congratulations to….
Lisa Zimmer, on a great start to her winter season!! On her Kaniny - H, she had a first and 2nd place finish in the Children’s Jumpers, as well as a 2nd and 11th place finish in the Children’s Jumper Classic. On her L.A., she had a first place finish in the Children’s Hunters out of a class of fifty riders! She also had a 7th place finish in the Children’s Hunters and a 4th place finish in the T.H.I.S. National Children’s Medal. With Joe Sorce, L.A. also finished 5th and 6th in the Low Hunters. Riding Bonjour, Lisa had a 4th place finish in the Children’s Jumpers and a 4th place finish in the Children’s Jumper Classic. Way to go Lisa!!
Gabby Guido and her Milo, on their first place finish in the Low Children’s Hunters!! They also finished 6th, 6th, 6th, 8th, and 8th in that division. With Paige Rassas, Milo also finished 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th in the Low Hunters. Great job Gabby and Milo!
Tom Watts and his Lord des Tourelles, on their 5th place finish in the Amateur Adult Jumper Classic! Tom and Lord were also 4th and 6th in the Amateur Adult Jumpers.
Tom Watts and his Mador du Chauffeur, on their 3rd and 3rd place finishes in the Amateur Adult Jumper Classic! Tom and Mador were also 3rd and 5th in the Amateur Adult Jumpers. Off to a great start, Tom!
Kim Beattie and her Classic Matador, on their 5th, 7th, 7th, and 8th place finishes in the Amateur Adult Equitation. Great job, Kim and “Matt”!
Lindsay Werner and her All Decked Out, on their 2nd, 3rd, and 8th place finishes in the Amateur Adult Jumpers. Way to go Lindsay and “Dexter”!
Joe Sorce and Ellen Zimmer’s Griffin, on their 5th place finish in the Low Hunters.
